Thanks to its clever construction, heat distributes evenly from the centre to the edges of the plate, allowing you to cook various foods at different temperatures simultaneously. Sear meat in the middle while gently grilling vegetables around the sides. Durable and versatile, the BonBiza is built for convenience — cleaning is simple: just push leftover food or oil into the fire using a spatula, wipe down the surface with a damp cloth, and it’s ready to use again.

Made from tough 3mm corten steel, the BonBiza naturally develops a protective, rustic patina over time as it weathers outdoors. This not only enhances its character but also protects the steel underneath. For even greater versatility, optional add-ons are available — including the BonPizza oven for authentic stone-baked pizzas, a skewer ring for kebabs, and a protective lid to keep the grill covered when not in use.

The BonFeu BonCarré Fireplace is one of our medium-sized fireplaces. It is a multifunctional fireplace and an asset to any patio or garden. The BonCarré is different from most of our garden fireplaces, due to its four legs and square body. It has a heat-resistant coating to protect the fireplace and also a detachable sparkscreen to prevent logs from falling out and sparks from flying around. And like with most other BonFeu fireplaces, it is possible to cook with the BonCarré.

Durability of the BonCarré

The BonCarré Rust is made from Corten steel. Corten steel is a brown-rust, weatherproof steel  The rust-colour and very dense oxide skin shield the deeper material from oxygen, which slows down oxidation. The BonCarré Black is made of steel. Steel has the property, under humid circumstances, to rust. So keep in mind that the fireplace will rust. This process can occur quickly. But do not panic, this will give your BonFeu fireplace its robust and sturdy appearance!

Cooking

The unique thing about the BonCarré fireplace is that it can also be used as a barbecue. The fireplace is supplied with a lid and you can simply replace this lid with three different things: the BBQ grill, the wok ring, or the plancha. All three go on top of the BonCarré when removing the lid. You can also turn the lid over and use it as a cooking plate, for instance, to make a pot of tea. And while doing all of this, you can still enjoy the fire underneath. In brief; the possibilities are endless: grilling, stir-frying, and cooking. The BonCarré outdoor fireplace provides you with a multifunctional fireplace.
